To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the damaged product for verification.
Rahisul Exports will provide a replacement or full refund after confirmation.
- Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product.
